Innovation Programs Evaluation Form Now Live

Agencies that had approved Innovation Programs running in 2007-08 are required to submit an annual program evaluation. The evaluation form is now live at www.otan.us/adulted/, and is due September 15, 2008. Applications for continuing agencies are also due September 15.
This Web site now contains ALL grant applications and reporting forms for the CDE Adult Education Office. You may continue to use your unique userID and password for each application, or you may choose to combine them all under one userID and password. Publicly funded curriculum materials are available for purchase, including English for All DVDs and materials developed for EL Civics.
